ILA Berlin Air Show - Airbus A400M will make its first public appearance By Abhay Singh Thapa
For the first time people would be able to see Airbus latest aircraft A400M at ILA Berlin Air Show (2010) which starts from 8th to 13th June. It is a new aircraft which is developed specifically for military purpose only. The aircraft is capable of performing tactical, strategic and tanker missions. It will be on static and flying display on the first two days of the air show. The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) stand which will be at Hall number 7 and visitors can learn more about the products of Airbus and Airbus military. They would find an interactive tool which would be featuring all Airbus commercial aircraft family products including Airbus military. A full scale cross section of an A400M fuselage and a full scale mock-up of the A350 XWB’s cabin housing an audio-visual theatre showing Airbus’ latest innovations “shaping efficiency” will also be on display. Airbus experts and specialists will be available for the discussion of their latest innovations at their stand.
Throughout the ILA week Airbus will be holding events designed to give students and recent graduates in an aerospace, engineering or an engineering-related business discipline the chance to discuss career opportunities at Airbus.
